I’m Jen—creator, designer, and all-around crystal enthusiast behind Essential Jewelry 4U.

A few years ago, I was a stay-at-home mom looking for ways to enjoy my essential oils and crystals in my daily life. I wanted something that was not only beautiful but meaningful—something I could wear that made me feel good inside and out.

Naturally, I turned to the internet in search of crystal bracelets. But most of what I found felt... off. The designs didn’t speak to me, and so many pieces were made with questionable materials or inauthentic gemstones. I knew I wanted something different—something with purpose, beauty, and genuine energy.

So, I decided to make it myself.

It took time (and a lot of research) to find trusted sources for high-quality, authentic gemstones, but once I did, I started designing bracelets that not only support emotional and energetic well-being—but also elevate your personal style.

A few months later, I launched my website and made my very first sale—and I haven’t looked back!

I truly believe in the power of natural materials to promote healing, confidence, clarity, and calm. Every bracelet I make is crafted with intention and care, and it means the world to share them with others on their own journey.

Essential Jewelry 4U is a one-woman business based in Calgary, Alberta. Every piece you see on this site has been designed and handcrafted by me. I'm not a big, faceless company—just a crystal lover (like you!) who turned her passion into something truly personal.
